Scott Kowalchek founded DirectAvenue in April 2007 to specialize in bringing brand and direct-response advertising together under one roof. DirectAvenue has experienced tremendous interest in their ability to get their clients national exposure with their direct-response model that translates to traditional brand metrics. Scott is a successful entrepreneur that inspires his team, clients and all that work with him.
Scott began his advertising career with ICG (currently Carat) working on general market accounts like DHL, Miramax and Pennzoil. Then he went into the Direct Marketing world working for Williams Worldwide TV and starting Euro RSCG Edge (previously MCM) short-form division in 1999. He worked on traditional direct marketing account to top brand corporate accounts all looking to achieve a better ROI. These accounts included: Conair, Directv, Bosley Medical, AT&T Wireless, Countrywide, Guthy Renker, St. Jude’s, Icon Health and Fitness, United Healthcare, Hoover, Philips Electronics and many others.
Scott graduated from Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York with a B.A. in Management/Economics. He competes in triathlons every year which requires discipline, motivation, and determination to succeed. This is the way he lives his personal/business life and has a great drive for success in everything he does. Scott resides in San Diego, CA, with his wife, Nichola, son, Britain, and daughter, Kira.

Marc joined Scott and DirectAvenue in November of 2008 after spending four years as the controller and finance director of a TV CPA Advertising Network. Marc has also worked in lead financial roles in the defense and legal industries prior to focusing on advertising. For DirectAvenue, he leads the company in the areas of finance and operations. Marc holds a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University and an MBA from Auburn University. He proudly served in the Marines for nine years. An East Coast transplant, Marc and his family now call Southern California home.
